For the past three years, Mantrian has devoted herself to caring for individuals facing health challenges in Indonesia. From 2015 to 2017, she compassionately assisted a 48-year-old stroke survivor, providing essential daily support such as aiding in mobility, showering, feeding, and ensuring a clean and organized household. Additionally, she adeptly managed housekeeping tasks, laundry, and cooked simple Indonesian meals, demonstrating her culinary skills and familiarity with household appliances.

From 2019 to 2020, Mantrian extended her caregiving expertise to a 93-year-old grandmother with dementia, where she skillfully balanced daily activities while maintaining a comfortable home environment. Her responsibilities included assisting with daily routines, household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring the grandmother's dietary needs were met.

Known for her kindness, responsibility, and willingness to learn, Mantrian is proficient in using household appliances such as washing machines, ovens, and vacuums.
